Obesity is a severe condition of the body. People with obesity find it hard to do some things such as walking and working. Obesity also leads to cardiovascular diseases. Some of the examples of types of heart diseases are heart attacks and strokes. It is advisable for the obese to work toward reducing the weight of their body.
